Since we arrived from Japan last Friday we have been continuously working all day including our Saturday’s and Sunday’s to fulfill our promise to provide more opportunities to all our members, candidates and friends. This time our employer visitors from Japan interviewed face to face our shortlisted candidates for the category skills of Applications of Construction Equipment BACKHOE Operations for the Technical Intern Traiining Program (TITP). We would like to thank those who participated starting from our Implementing Organization S. Co. Ltd of Tokyo and Supervisiong Organization (kumiai) W.L. Japan Cooperative, Chiba Prefecture. Our IO and SvO (employers) selected 5 persons and 3 reserved candidates which we will also be sharing their names later. Again we are sorry as our updates will be shared and posted late as our Adviser cmybautista and STRATEGIC Team Japan is really having difficulties due to time constraints due to the massive meets, activities and movements in Japan to meet as much as he can and the scheduled selections right after arriving but rest assured we will be posting all events that transpired these last 2 weeks. Mula po ng dumating po ang inyong lingkod mula sa Japan noong Biyernes ay wala po tayong halos pahinga at nagpapatuloy po tayo sa pagtratrabaho at paglilingkod mapa Sabado at Linggo upang maihatid ang mga pagkakataon para sa kapakinabangan ng lahat ng ating mga kasapi, kandidato at mga kaibigan. Sa pagkakataong ito, ang ating mga bisita (employers) mula sa Japan ang nagkaroon ng Face to Face Interview and Selection sa ating mga shortlisted final candidates para sa category skills sa APPLICATIONS of CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTS, Backhoe Operations para sa programa ng TITP (Technical Intern Training Program). Nais naming pasalamatan lahat ng nagsipagdalo kahit ito Lingo at araw ng pahinga mula sa ating mga Implementing Organization na S. Co. Ltd. ng Tokyo at Supervising Organization na W.L. Japan Cooperative ng Chiba. Ang ating IO and SvO (employers) ay matagumpay na pumili ng limang (5) Selected candidates at tatlong (3) Reserved mula sa mga kandidatong dumating aming i post din ang kanilang mga pangalan sa mga darating na araw dito sa ating groups and pages. Muli humihingi po ako ng pacensya dahilan muli pong mahuhuli ang aking paglalahad at pagbibigay ng updates dahil ako po (TITP Japan Adviser cmybautista) kasama ang STRATEGIC Team Japan ay sadyang hirap sa oras sa aking pagpupumilit na mas maraming makausap na employers at makapanayam ang mga trainees at workers sa bansang Japan at lahat ng mga pangyayari noong nakaraang dalawang linggo. Kami po ay nagpapasalamat pa din sa lahat sa patuloy ng pagsubabay at pag supporta at makakaasa po kayo na ipagpapatuloy lang po namin ang aming nasimulan para sa lahat. Salamat at patnubayan po tayo ng ating Ama na nasa langit palagi. Mabuhay po tayong lahat!
